Allow location for radio calls

The radio helper can insert your current position straight into Mayday, Pan Pan and the like. For that it needs location access.

1. On first launch the app asks whether it may use your location for the radio helper. Tap Continue and allow access.
2. In the radio call, tap Use position. The app also shows how accurate the GPS currently is.
