Add your availability and find dates

Before a trip is fixed, the scheduling in a recurring crew helps. How to set up a crew is described under Save recurring crews.

1. Open More › Collaboration › Crews and choose the crew.
2. Switch to Availability.
3. Under My availabilities, choose the period with From and Until. A note such as "only from Friday evening" is optional.
4. Tap Save availability. You can add as many periods as you like.
5. Under Suggested dates the app shows when how many of the crew are free.
