Archive or delete a trip

After the trip you tidy up the overview. Archive removes the trip from the list only for you. Delete removes it for everyone.

Archive

1. iPhone and Android: Under Trips, swipe the trip card to the left and tap Archive. After the trip you can also use Archive trip for me in the cockpit.
2. iPad and web: Admins open Edit trip and tap Archive. Crew members tap Archive on the trip card.

You'll find archived trips under Archive, sorted by year. The crew keeps the trip; mile log and expenses are kept.

Delete

Only admins can delete a trip: on the phone by swiping left and tapping Delete, on the web under Edit trip with Delete trip.
