Admin or crew – who can do what?

Every trip has admins and crew. Whoever creates the trip is an admin. An admin can make others admins in Collaboration.
Admins
- Edit the trip, save the route
- Upload and delete documents
- Settle, send and close the shared expenses
- Delete entries from the crew packing list
- Grant permissions
Crew
- See everything
- Add expenses
- Use and tick off packing lists and shopping
- Write notes, keep their own mile log
With Leave you remove a trip only for yourself. Everyone else keeps it unchanged.
