plan2sail in two minutes

plan2sail lets your crew plan a sailing trip together: crew, route, packing lists, shopping, shared expenses, weather, documents and mile log all live in one place. Every trip is its own workspace.

1. Under Trips you create a trip or open an existing one.
2. Inside a trip, the cockpit at the top shows what matters right now, with all sections below it.
3. Expenses and Lists have their own tabs at the bottom because you use them most on the way.
4. Under More you'll find your mile log, recurring crews, links, help and your account.

Who can do what?

Whoever creates a trip is its admin. Admins manage the route, documents and the settlement. Everyone else works along as crew: ticking off lists, adding expenses, writing notes. More under Roles.
