Why can't I edit the route or the expenses settlement?

Those are admin tasks. Ask the skipper to make you an admin. More under Roles.

I can't see the trip I was invited to.

Usually you're logged in with a different email address from the one the invitation went to. See Accept an invitation.

The map is empty at sea.

Without signal the map only shows what you saved beforehand. See Save the map for offline use and Without signal.

A crew member is missing from the expenses.

The expenses use the trip's crew list. Add the person under Crew, see Add and invite your crew.

The exchange rate won't load.

Without signal the app uses the last rate it loaded. See Foreign currencies.

Is my ID data safe?

It's only visible to members of your trip. See Privacy.
